Every kitchen component landing on one date

Kitchen packages are the clearest argument for consolidation. Cabinetry, appliances, countertops, sinks, hardware, lighting and floor tile come from six or seven different manufacturers on six or seven different lead times, and the build cannot start until the slowest one lands.

We hold accounts across stock, semi-custom and custom cabinet programs, plus the major appliance lines and Carrier for mechanicals where a kitchen ties into a larger package. Appliances are matched to destination voltage and frequency before the order is placed — 220V/50Hz markets are routine for us and a common source of expensive surprises when they are not caught early.

Everything is received in Jupiter and held until the package is complete, then loaded together. Cabinets are crated, appliances stay in factory cartons and are braced upright, stone and quartz counters ship in A-frames. One container, one arrival date, one install schedule you can actually hold subcontractors to.

One more thing worth knowing: cabinet lead time sets the entire schedule. Stock programs move in a couple of weeks, full custom can take ten, and every other item in the package waits on them regardless of how fast it arrives. We start the cabinet purchase first and back-time the rest of the order to it, so nothing sits in our warehouse longer than it needs to and the container closes the week the cabinets land.
